229bat may take action to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances: breach of Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, submission of false information, or instructions from a regulatory authority. Upon account closure, any verified balance will be returned within a specified timeframe, though bonus balances may be forfeited. Users may also voluntarily request account closure, in which case all matters will be settled in accordance with the applicable terms.
